“I have been interested in outdoor water recreation for as long as I can remember, as well as aquasystem preservation. This trip to Spring Meadow Lake was perfect. The water was calm and smooth so when the sun decided to shine, it gave the most amazing photos of the water. Now originally being from south Mississippi, I am used to muddy murky water. The fact that I could see the bottom of this lake as deep as 35ft was mind blowing to me. With all the treatments we go through it’s sometimes hard to calm the soul, but days and places like this can make miracles happen. Our leader Melissa has been a competitive kayaker for a few years with the Texas Water Safari. The next competition is the second weekend in June 2019. See ya there”
