Mr. Gerlach is happy to volunteer as a Camp Eyas Director.  He has over 35 years of experience in design and construction projects for the Federal Government on civil works and military facilities.  From July 2009 to March 2013, he served as an Administrative Contracting Officer.  In addition to his numerous Civilian Service Awards and Exceptional Performance Ratings, Mr. Gerlach has Federal Top Secret Clearance, ACI Grade 1 Certification, and OSHA 10 Certification.  Mr. Gerlach graduated from the State University of New York with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Geotechnical Engineering.  He has been a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of New York since 1979.  His duties include attending meetings of our Board of Directors and voting on board decisions.
